As part of the conference ethos, we incorporate elements of Health and Wellbeing to include nutrition, occupational health, activity and fitness into the programme.


This year, we have a variety of activities on offer to delegates.


Woodland and Biodiversity walk (Self-Guided) to take place from 8.30am-9.30am on Wednesday 29th March 2017

This walking tour will showcase the biodiversity locations of interest around the Lancaster University site. It will also showcase woodland management and history and consider expanding participation and healthy campus initiatives.


Trim Trail Exercise Stations (Self-Guided)         

Starting from the Sports Centre, participants can follow sign posts to work along the campuses trim trail exercise stations. This activity can be completed at any time. To download a map for the Woodland Walk and Trim Trail click here


Sports Centre Activities - gym, swimming etc. (Self-Guided)

The University of Lancaster has kindly agreed to allow all EAUC conference delegates to use the sports centre free of charge at any time during the 28th-30th March conference period.

*Please note that all delegates will need an induction of the gym before they can use the equipment. The sports centre offers a short course which takes around 15-20 minutes. This will need to be completed before guests can use the equipment.
